Heed the words of the Masters of the Force. They know the path to well-being and peace. (Literally . . . the new Weight Watchers diet plans actually help to mediate panic attacks and depression . . .)
Big {{{{hugs}}}} on the last couple of days. I just wish I was there to offer them in person.
Now we have to figure out healthy snacks for the shop. I always seem to crash after the sugar and would love to have better eating habits to feel better physically and mentally. I'm game! Also losing some lbs before Maui at Christmas will be most welcomed. Here's to US! Always, Rob
Ack! Does this mean the end to choccy croissants??? Well...good for you! Next time I come down there, we'll have carrots and celery sticks and they'll taste like a decadent dessert 'cause it doesn't matter what you're eating when you're surrounded by all that yummy fiber!!!
for some reason it took me a second to realize that Thimbleanna meant fiber as in yarn yummy not the fiber in the carrots....
I have been thinking of rejoining as well. I did really well with them in the past, I just have a bad habit of eventually saying "I know this stuff, I don't need to go anymore" and then within a month or so going downhill.
You have been awarded The “I Can Be an Asshole When It Comes To Knitting” Badge
In which the recipient is so passionate, opinionated and entirely convinced of his/her own superior knowledge about all things knitting, that he/she may appear pompous, rude, or self-righteous. And I mean this in the nicest possible way. :) melly~
But even better, You've been awarded the “Proselytize Knitting” Badge
you do your "bit to present knitting in a positive light, whilst at the same time avoiding all references to “hipness”, grandmothers, and yoga." Keep up the good work!
